Leggiamo il tuo messaggio

Nessuna ricetta segreta!

02
We reply within 24 hours

You'll hear back from us within one business day with either an answer, a question, or a suggested time to speak.

03
Discovery call (30 min)

If the fit looks right, we book a short call to understand your context, data, and what a realistic first use case looks like for your business.

04
Proposal or pilot brief

We come back with a concrete proposal — scoped use case, timeline, and our shared-risk pricing model. No vague decks. No retainer pressure.

Common questions

Before you
reach out.

You don't need a formal document or a flowchart — but you should be able to walk us through it out loud, step by step, in about 30 seconds. More importantly, someone on your team should be doing that process manually today and should be able to tell us where they lose the most time. If nobody can describe it clearly, we won't be able to design around it.

Not in a formal sense, but it helps to have a rough idea of what the process costs you today — how many people touch it, how often it runs, and how long it takes. You don't need a spreadsheet. A back-of-envelope estimate is enough. What we want to avoid is spending the call trying to size a problem that you haven't sized yourself yet.

Whoever has the authority to say yes — whether that's budget approval, final sign-off, or both. If that person isn't you, bring them along rather than relaying information back and forth afterward. It also helps to already have in mind who would own the solution once it's live: not a team or a department, but one specific person who would be responsible for monitoring it and flagging issues.

Yes. We work with clients across Europe and beyond, fully remotely. If on-site presence is needed at key milestones, we travel. Most of our engagements are hybrid — remote-first with periodic in-person check-ins.

Primarily mid-market and enterprise — companies with defined processes and existing data, who have tried or considered AI but haven't been able to get it into production. We're not the right fit for pre-revenue startups or companies with no internal IT capability at all.

We define measurable KPIs before the engagement starts — time saved, error rate reduced, revenue influenced. Our fee is tied to hitting those targets. If the use case doesn't deliver, our compensation reflects that. It's a shared-risk model, not a retainer.

Most AI consultancies bill for advice and leave delivery to you. We build and deploy alongside your team. We don't get paid the same if it doesn't work — which means we have every incentive to make it work. We also start with one specific, scoped use case rather than a transformation roadmap.

Our Proof to Production Sprint™ is designed to get a working AI use case into your business in 4–6 weeks. Not a demo, not a prototype — something running in your environment, connected to your data. The first month is the fastest way to understand what AI can actually do for you.
